At TrueBalance Medical Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every client. To help us accommodate all scheduled appointments, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Deposits for consultations, aesthetic treatments, or specialty services are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is given. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on provider availability. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. We understand emergencies happen and reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion.
